Done-for-you LinkedIn outbound

Referrals are not a pipeline.
Qualified calls
every week are.

We run the whole LinkedIn engine for you. Outreach goes out, replies get worked, calls land on your calendar. You show up to the meeting.

From the founders

Hear it from us.

The short version of how the system works, why we built it this way, and who it actually suits. Straight from the two people who will be running your campaign.

The system

Five moving parts.
We own all five.

Most outbound fails at a handoff: good list, bad copy. Good copy, dead inbox. Good inbox, nobody follows up. We removed the handoffs.

Buyer profile and lead list

The exact title, company size, and trigger worth contacting. Built in Sales Navigator, verified by hand.

Warmed LinkedIn accounts

We supply and manage the accounts, warmed to safe limits. Your own profile stays untouched.

Personalised connection and follow-up

Every request opens with something accurate about their business. Non-responders get a sequenced follow-up, not a one-shot pitch.

Marvin, our AI Appointment Setter

Every reply answered in minutes, day or night. Marvin qualifies, handles objections, and sends the link only when they are ready.

Booked call on your calendar

The meeting lands with context attached, plus a weekly report. You never open the inbox.

Marvin · AI Appointment Setter

Every reply gets
answered in minutes.

A prospect replies at 11pm on a Saturday. In most agencies it sits until Monday and the interest is gone. Marvin answers in minutes and knows when to stop selling.

  • Replies in minutes, not business days
  • Four-step warm-introduction flow before any pitch
  • Holds the thread across days and multiple messages
  • Hands off to a human the moment a conversation needs one

Yeah we've looked at outbound before. Didn't really go anywhere last time.
Marvin11:06 PM
That's usually a volume problem or a follow-up problem, not a channel problem. Out of curiosity, was it run in-house or through an agency?
Sarah D.11:19 PM
In-house. One of the guys did it between other work.
Marvin11:21 PM
Makes sense. That's the version that almost never sticks, because it's the first thing dropped in a busy week. We run it as the only job. Worth a 20 minute look at how it'd map to your buyer?
Sarah D.11:34 PM
Sure, send something over.
Marvin11:35 PM
Here's my calendar, grab whatever slot suits you.

Beyond outbound

Outreach opens the door. These keep it open.

A request lands better when they already know your name. All three run alongside the campaign, aimed at the same list.

Content

LinkedIn content engine

Prospects check your profile before they reply. We make sure there's something worth reading when they do.

  • Seven posts a week across fixed pillars
  • Branded image creative for every post
  • Short-form video scripted and edited
  • Newsletter setup and writing
Engagement

Halo, our Engagement Agent

Daily, relevant comments on your target accounts' posts, so your name is familiar before the request arrives.

  • Runs against your buyer list, not at random
  • Comments written to the post, not templated
  • Volume kept inside safe daily limits
  • Full log of everything posted
Voice

Riley, our AI Voice Agent

One agent, three jobs. Riley answers your inbound calls, works old lead lists back to life, and dials cold when you need volume.

  • Receptionist — answers inbound, qualifies, books
  • Dead list revival — re-qualifies leads that went cold
  • Outbound cold calling — dials your list at volume
  • Every call recorded and transcribed

Available as add-ons to a running campaign. Priced separately.

Client testimonial

We were considering hiring two SDRs internally, but the cost and management overhead didn't make sense. Within the first 30 days with Reputex we booked 14 qualified meetings with decision-makers in our niche. The quality was strong and the process felt structured. It feels like we have a sales team behind us without having to build one.

They helped us build a predictable client acquisition system. Our calendar is now filled with qualified PR prospects consistently. Highly recommend for any PR agency looking to grow.

Gabriella Spring

As a business coach, consistency in conversations is key, and they delivered. My calendar is now filled with qualified prospects every week. Highly recommend if you want predictable client flow without chasing leads.

Custom build

For teams who want the machine in-house, running on their own systems, under their own control.

  • Your team trained to run it
  • Documentation and handover included
  • One-time build and deployment fee

Fit

We'd rather tell you upfront.

This works well if

  • You sell B2B, with a deal size above roughly $2,000
  • Your buyer is genuinely on LinkedIn and reachable by title
  • You can take three to five extra calls a week
  • You can close on a call once the meeting is booked
  • You want a system, not a one-month experiment

This is the wrong fit if

  • You sell to consumers or to local walk-in trade
  • Your average deal is under a few hundred dollars
  • You need meetings this week to make payroll
  • You want us to guarantee closed revenue, not meetings
  • Nobody on your side can run the sales call

Questions

Before you book.

How long until the first meeting?

Setup takes about a week. First replies land in week two, first booked calls between weeks two and four.

Do you use my LinkedIn account?

Not by default. We supply and manage the sending accounts, so nothing touches your personal profile. If you'd prefer outreach to come from your own name for credibility reasons, we can run it that way and set safe limits.

Will this get my account restricted?

Volume stays inside safe daily limits and accounts are warmed first. That is why we supply the seats — we control the pacing.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A decision-maker in your buyer profile who put time on your calendar. We agree the definition before launch and report against it.

Is Marvin just an autoresponder?

No. Marvin, our AI Appointment Setter, reads the full thread, responds to what the person actually said, and follows a four-step warm-introduction flow before it offers a booking link. It escalates to a human whenever a conversation goes somewhere it shouldn't handle alone.

Do you do more than outreach?

Yes. Alongside the campaign we run a LinkedIn content engine (posts, creatives, short-form video, newsletter), Halo, our Engagement Agent, which warms your target list before the connection request lands, and Riley, our AI Voice Agent, which answers inbound calls, re-qualifies old lead lists, and runs outbound cold calling. These are add-ons to a running campaign rather than standalone services, because they work by pointing at the same buyer list.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on how many accounts you run and how wide the target market is. It is a fixed campaign fee, and for some engagements we structure part of it as commission on booked or closed business. We'll quote it on the call once we know the buyer and the volume.

What do you need from me?

A clear picture of your best-fit customer, an offer we can put in writing, and someone who can take the calls. After onboarding, expect around thirty minutes a week reviewing the report.
